Blake Lively feelin’ a bit Hawaiian!

Blake Lively almost always get it perfect when it come to her fashion choices.  Almost always.  Not the case with this outfit:

I am not liking this outfit.  Not at all.  I like the skirt and the shoes, but I hate the top!  And I don’t think any of it looks good together!  The floral-y blouse reminds me of something from the Golden Girls!  I think it looks like something Blanche would’ve worn!  Kinda flowery, kinda glitzy, all Blanche!

 What do you think?  Do you like Blake’s black ruffle skirt and Hawaiian-ish blouse?  I like Blake better with full-on blonde hair too!  None of this reddish nonsense!  She needs to be blonde, baby!
