Actress Kerry Washington hit the blue carpet when she arrived at the Lincoln Center in New York City for An Evening With Ralph Lauren, which was hosted by Oprah Winfrey.
Kerry chose a shimmering black gown with metallic ringed neckline from the Ralph Lauren Fall 2011 Collection and paired it with a Raven Kauffman Couture clutch. And let us not forget her bright red lips! Kerry looks so beautiful! This look is a bit darker for her, a bit edgier….and she is totally working it! I even love her lip color, and as you all know, I am not a huge fan of red lips. Because of the metallic ringed top on this gown, her hair is perfect pulled back into a sleek bun. She really looks great! I love it!

I don’t really like the metallic ringed neck line. It reminds me too much of those rings that tribal women use to stretch their necks out. Otherwise she looks good.
