Verdict: Gorgeous! I think this red and black embroidered cocktail dress is so beautiful! I especially like the tiered skirt and 0ff-the-shoulder neckline! So pretty. This dress is the perfect mix of sexy and classy….I really love it! In fact, I want it for myself! 
Mena’s blonde bob and light, minimal makeup provide lovely finishing touches to this already fantastic look. Definitely an A+
