Verdict: As soon as I saw Carrie in this sparkly black Randi Rahm cocktail dress….well, I LOVED it instantly! I think this dress looks fantastic on Carrie! It is flirty and sexy and fun and I just really like it! And her arms and legs are very toned, too, so it is always nice when she shows off a bit more skin. I mean, this girl looks G-O-O-D! Gio Diev heels, a Swarovski clutch and tousled hair complete this gorgeous look.
