Verdict:  Sarah looks cute!  This red Ted Baker dress with the full skirt and cap-sleeves is very girly, but also very pretty.  The rich red color looks lovely with Sarah’s golden brown hair.  A white-gold key necklace and nude Sam Edelman peep-toe ankle strap pumps complete this ultra-feminine look.  I really like this….I give this look an A.  All the way.
