Verdict:  I LOVE IT!  Not only is this figure-hugging Narciso Rodriguez dress super flattering on Jessica, but it is chic and classy, too.  Perfect for an afternoon luncheon.  And the color stripes keep it from being just-another-plain-white-bandage-dress.  I am just so-so about her black handbag….but I love everything else: the black and white D’orsay pumps, the blue Thierry Lasry shades and her sleek, pulled-back ’do.  This is definitely an A+
