Verdict:  I love this pale blue Emilio Pucci dress on Olga!  It so feminine and pretty with all of the embroidery and sheer paneling.  It is sophisticated, yet definitely still sexy!  And she is gorgeous!  A simple clutch, nude Christian Louboutin ‘Pigalle’ pumps and minimal makeup complete this lovely look.  A+!
