Verdict: Woo hoo! I love this red Elie Saab cap-sleeve dress with folded peplum detail! Nina looks stunning! And the plunging neckline is ultra sexy! This dress perfectly accentuates her lovely figure. And in a surprise turn of events….the Vampire Diaries actress paired periwinkle colored sandals with this red dress! And guess what?! These two (completely different) colors actually work really well together! Side-swept curls and red lips complete this very pretty, very feminine look. A+!

I don’t really like the shoes that much (in terms of that color with the red) but otherwise I think she looks really good and I like her hair and dress as well.
