Verdict:  Okay.  So the first thing that came to mind when I saw Leighton in this sleeveless black Giambattista Valli dress was this:  boring.  But the more I analyzed it, the more I liked it.   And now I actually really quite like it.  It isn’t a traditional LBD.   The chiffon draping on the skirt makes it exceptionally different….and really gorgeous.  And the addition of the gold belt makes it really, well…..just that much better!  While the Gossip Girl actress kept the dress fairly simple, she spiced up this look with a pair of animal print Jerome C. Rousseau heels.  Gorgeous waves and simple makeup complete this chic, fabulous look.  I love it!
