Verdict: I think this sparkly turquoise and silver Georges Hobeika Couture dress is gorgeous. I love the sweetheart neckline and the mermaid shape is super sexy! Buuuut, what I don’t understand about this look? Her hair! It is absolutely horrendous! When I saw her on the red carpet I couldn’t even concentrate on the loveliness of this dress….all I could think about was how much I hated her hair. I mean, it is awful. Obviously. Unfortunately for Julianne, this look is ruined with this hairstyle. For me anyway. Great dress, pretty makeup….but the hair….ugh.
