Verdict:  Scarlett looks amazing!  I absolutely love this dark army green Emilio Pucci dress!  It is gorgeous…the peplum, the sheer panel, the bustier-style top….she looks polished, chic and so beautiful!  The styling here is great, too.   Dark eye-makeup, dark nail polish and soft waves complete this lovely look.  This is definitely the best that I have seen Scarlett look in a long time.  A+!
