Verdict:  I think this is a personal best for Ciara!  I don’t think I have ever seen her look better!  Girl looks AH-MAZING!  This sparkly black Pamella Roland dress is beautiful!  I love everything about it: the fitted bodice, the plunging neckline and especially the sheer sleeves.  Everything about this look is pure perfection.  Simple hair, nude lips and a black manicure complete this gorgeous look.  A+!
