Verdict: I really like this black and white Preen dress on Scarlett. I actually think this might be a top and skirt, rather than a dress, but either way it looks great! I love black and white on the red carpet, and the red platform Christian Louboutin pumps add the perfect amount of punch to this outfit! A cool retro inspired hairdo and red lips provide the perfect finishing touches to this super chic ensemble.
