Verdict: AMAZING. Katy Perry in this Blumarine dress is absolutely stunning. Honestly. She looks fantastic. It has a very glamorous, almost retro feel to it. I haven’t seen her look this good in a long time. I would like to add that I don’t entirely love her blue hair, but I do realize that is kind of her thang, so I can deal. Actually, I am already over it. I love this!
