Verdict:  Well…..how shall I put this….um….I hate it.  I do not like this navy blue and white striped Chanel jumpsuit on Miley.  Now I know that Miley has a funky, offbeat fashion sense.  And I don’t mind that….I can appreciate it in fact.  I like that she takes fashion risks, but for me, this look just isn’t working for her.  For starters, I still can’t get over that hair.  I don’t think it’s cute.  Secondly, I think her eyebrows are too dark and I think the orangey-red lipstick is too harsh.  I am not really loving the gold choker, either…..although I do like that she kept her accessories to a minimum.  Here’s the thing:  Rosie Huntington-Whiteley wore this same Chanel jumpsuit back in February to a pre-Oscars event, and I liked it on her!  See:

I think Rosie looks great!  I mean, do hair and makeup really make that much of a difference?  Yes, indeed.  Plus, the jumpsuit fits Rosie differently than it does Miley.  It is tighter, more tailored to her body, which I like.

For me, this striped Chanel jumpsuit is a fail for Miley, but an A+ for Rosie.  To each his own, I guess.
