Felicity Jones was in attendance Tuesday evening at the 2011 National Board of Review Awards Gala which was held at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York City….
Felicity wore a black Dolce & Gabbana dress that featured a corset-style bodice with thick straps and a just-below-the-knee skirt. The actress paired her black dress with ankle strap pointy-toe pumps. Tousled hair and soft makeup completed her look.
I really like this Dolce & Gabbana number on Felicity! Not to mention that she is simply stunning on her own….the dress simply adds to her loveliness. I love the fact that this look is a combination of both edginess and class….and totally chic. Felicity is totally bangin’ in this Dolce & Gabbana! I love it!
What do you think? Do you like this black Dolce & Gabbana dress on Felicity? Yay or nay?
British lovely Felicity Jones hit the red carpet for the BAFTA Los Angeles 2011 Britannia Awards Wednesday night at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles….
The actress chose a black strapless tulle gown with embellished bodice and full skirt from the Moschino Resort 2012 Collection and kept her accessories to a minimum by wearing very little jewelry, hair pulled back and simple makeup.
I think Felicity looks stunning! Very feminine and very pretty. This dress is basic in cut, shape and color, but Felicity really makes it shine. She is simply gorgeous….and this dress just showcases her classic good-looks.
What do you think? Do you like this sparkly tulle Moschino gown on Felicity? Love it? Loathe it?
The title of this post might be slightly misleading. Maybe.
I came across this photo:
And I thought several things:
I don’t really like the dress
I hate the dress on the actress
I love the dress on the model
So, I guess I like the dress
Basically, what I am trying to say is this: when I initially saw this photo, the first thing that popped into my mind was “eh, not really liking this Dolce & Gabbana dress.” Buuuuut, as I stared and studied it, I realized it actually looks really nice on the model and really kind of frumpy on the actress (Felicity Jones). Now, that’s not to say Felicity is not pretty, because that isn’t the case at all! I just feel like this dress looks a lot better on the model! While both women have their hair pulled back and are wearing dangling earrings, I like everything else about the runway look better. I like how the dress really accentuates the models waist, I like the see-through skirt and I think her shoes are a zillion times better! Overall, it just looks better on the model….even though the actress is quite lovely as well.
What do you think? Which version do you prefer? Model or actress?
