Chic Street Style: Gwen Stefani Goes to the Zoo!

Gwen Stefani and her family took a trip to the Los Angeles Zoo a couple of days ago, and I think is pretty safe to say that she is one of the hottest and hippest celeb moms out there (aside from…say… Miranda Kerr!)…..

 

Gwen looks fabulous in her plaid jacket/stripe scarf combo!  The two contrasting patterns in this case look great together.  And I love, love, love her red bag and black boots!  Chic shades, red nails and red lips finish off this fantastic zoo-going outfit!  Her style is spot-on! 

And I am also really loving her son Kingston in his mini-suit!  So freakin’ cute!

Kimmy K. in stripes!!

Let me begin by saying how much I adore Kim Kardashian!  I think she is so unbelievably gorgeous and stylish!  And I really like her in this black and white striped dress!  She looks comfortable and casual, yet perfectly put-together! 

Pretty!

I don’t usually care for long dresses that are stripes from head to toe, but this works on Kim!  I really like it! (Obviously, right?!  I’ve only said that, like, ten times already!) 

I have seen other celebrities in similar striped dresses lately, but they haven’t looked half as cute as Kim!

Oh, and one more thing I like about the above photos of Kim?!  Her manicure and pedicure!  Neon pink!  So cute and perfect for spring and summer!   LOVE!

Vanessa Hudgens stock has plummeted

Here is Sucker Punch hottie Vanessa Hudgens, with her mother, arriving at the airport in Los Angeles:

What I meant to say was….here is Vanessa Hudgens looking hideous. 

And look at her mom!  She is a tiny little mini-woman!  Like a little accessory!

The whole outfit is bad.  But of course I really hate the pants.  They remind me of Gwen Stefani’s pants from yesterday’s rant post.  Why do celebrities wear these hideous cropped boyfriend jeans?!  They make your legs look short and stumpy!   Nobody wants short and stumpy legs! 

I also don’t like the leather jacket with the fur-trimmed collar.  Or the shirt with holes that is laced up the front.  I think the hat is cute, but not with that outfit.  Same goes for the shoes.  They’re cute, from what I can tell, but obviously not when worn with that get-up.  Ugh. 

I need to quit my job and become a celebrity stylist.  I could help so many.

I guess I’ll jump on the bandwagon….

I hate to be the person that is like “OMG she is just way too skinny!”  But in this case, I may have to jump on the bandwagon with everyone else.  Check it:

Here is LeAnn at the Butler vs. UConn NCAA Men’s Championship Game where she sang the National Anthem.  And she looks pretty dang skinny.  Too skinny, IMO.  Her legs and arms look bony.  What do you guys think?  Too skinny or lookin’ good?

In other news, here is fashionista Gwen Stefani, looking very un-fashionable:

As if the ratty gray sweatshirt isn’t bad enough…..must she complete her “look” with those hideous I-don’t-even-know-what-to-call-them cropped jeans?!  Disgusting!!  Nice shoes, though.  They just need to be worn with a different outfit.
