CMT Music Awards: Kristen Bell in Reem Acra

Event:  2012 CMT Music Awards, Nashville, Tennessee

Verdict:  I really like this gold floor-length Reem Acra gown!  All of the embellishments and sequins are really gorgeous!  Aaaand this dress is ultra feminine and totally compliments Kristen’s blonde hair.  She looks chic and sexy….and well, fabulous!  Loose waves and a pretty, peach-hued pout complete this lovely look.  I definitely give this look and A!

Topshop Store Opening: Kristen Bell in Topshop

It’s weird how even skinny girls can look frumpy in certain outfits….

 

Celeb:  Kristen Bell

Designer:  Topshop

Event:  Topshop Store Opening, Las Vegas

Verdict:  While I think this is a cute outfit, I don’t think it is particularly flattering to Kristen’s figure.  She is tiny and very petite, yet this outfit makes her look bulky and awkward, IMO.   I cannot quite tell if this is a skirt and blouse with camisole underneath or if it is a dress with a top worn over it.  Either way, though, I think it is cute enough, but I don’t think it looks great on Kristen.  Also, I feel like this outfit is a bit too busy.   The skirt has a lot going on, the top has a lot going on and the necklace is a bit large for my taste.  I do however, adore her shoes.   They are hands down the best part of this outfit.

Kristen Bell in Tibi

Actress Kristin Bell was in New York City for a Neutrogena Naturals event on Monday, as she is the brands Ambassador….

 

Kristen wore a nude colored strapless flowy Tibi dress and paired it with gold Casadei platform pumps.  This dress/shoe combo on Kristin gets only one response from me:  *yawn*

While I think this is a really pretty dress, I don’t like the color on Kristen.  She is too pale for this light, nude shade.  And her hair and makeup are boring…..with a capital ‘B’!!!  In fact, not only do I want to yawn when I look at this dress on Kristen, I just think to myself “Blah. Boring.”  The shoes are too clunky for such a feminine and light dress….something strappy with an open toe might’ve been a better choice.  This dress could’ve been really great on Kristen…..she is tiny and thin and adorable!  It just needed to be in a different color, IMO.  And one more thing….this dress sorta reminds me of Dancing With the Stars.  Know what I mean? 

What do you guys think?  Love it?  Hate it?  Somewhere in the middle?

Kristen Bell is cute….

Kristen Bell is a tiny little girl!  She is short and petite and cute.  But this outfit is not cute….

I guess as an overall general statement I would say I do not like cargo pants.  Well, I certainly don’t like them in the form of skinny jeans!  Blech!

These pants do nothing for her figure!  She is very thin, but they sort of disguise her body by making her look bigger than she is through the waist and hips.   And I am not a huge fan of big, floral prints, but her shirt and sweater combo seem appropriate for her.  And I like her shoes, too!  Very cute!  She looks casual and ready for spring…..but the pants need to go!

Sienna looks so pretty!  I love her dress and heels!!

Love her!!  Check out the ladies in the background…..they look like they would be saying to each other ”oh, look at that little hussie!”  But Sienna is a lady!  Her dress is classy and sexy at the same time!   Don’t be jelly, ladies!
