InStyle Summer Soiree: Jaime King in Marchesa

Event:  InStyle Magazine Summer Soiree, West Hollywood

Verdict:  Jaime looks GORGEOUS in this red one-shoulder cocktail dress by Marchesa!  I love everything about this: the color, the layers, the ruffles, the peplum detail and especially the red patent leather bow at her waist!  This is perfectly feminine and flirty…and just lovely!  The styling here is great, too.  Her accessories include an embellished clutch, nude strappy Jimmy Choo sandals, a chic, slicked back ‘do and soft, natural makeup.  This is the best I have seen Jaime look in a while!  She looks amazing!  I love it!

‘Late Show with David Letterman’: Blake Lively in Marchesa

Another successful outfit selection by Blake (or her stylist, probably)….

Event:  ‘Late Show with David Letterman’, New York

Verdict:  I think this ivory Marchesa cape dress with the  embellished shoulder detail is pretty!  Blake looks polished and ladylike, but still sexy.  This look is a bit more conservative for Blake, but like I said, she still looks lovely.  And I love how her crystal encrusted Louboutin pumps compliment the shoulder-detail on her dress.  A side-swept ‘do and miminal makeup complete this gorgeous look.  Another A for Ms. Lively.

Cannes Film Festival: Camila Alves in Marchesa

Perfect for Cannes.  And perfect for a princess.

Event:  ‘Mud’ Premiere @ the 2012 Cannes Film Festival

Verdict:  Another breath-taking look at Cannes.  Camila is simply stunning in this strapless silver Marchesa gown that features a fully embroidered bodice that flows into a ruffled tulle skirt.  She looks like a goddess with that flawless skin and those huge diamond earrings.  This is perfection.  This is how a gown should be worn.  Look at how perfect her posture is, too.  She looks so confident, which really adds to her beauty.  This is an A+ look.  No doubt.  I love it!

84th Annual Academy Awards: Stacy Keibler in Marchesa

A true golden girl….

Event:  84th Annual Academy Awards, Los Angeles

Verdict:  I think Stacy looks beautiful.  She looks perfectly put together.  This gold Marchesa gown really looks great with Stacy’s skin tone and blonde hair.  I also like that she didn’t over-accessorize.  She kept it relatively simple with just a pair of earrings and a clutch.  George is one lucky guy!  Stacy gets an A+ for her Oscar night apparel!  Fantastic!

69th Annual Golden Globe Awards: Shailene Woodley in Marchesa

Event:  69th Annual Golden Globe Awards, Los Angeles

Verdict:  Pretty.  Really dainty and delicate, but still flirty and fun.  I think Shailene looks great in this strapless Marchesa gown.  I love the pale color, and the draping of the fabric is really gorgeous.  My only complaint…her tan lines!  You can see the line of her bikini top…and I hate that!  She should’ve gotten spray tanned to disguise those lines!  But, as I said, the dress is really pretty, so I can get over the tan lines! ;)
