American Music Awards: Taylor Swift in Zuhair Murad

Event:  2012 American Music Awards, Los Angeles

Verdict:  Gorgeous!  Taylor looks ultra glamorous in this long-sleeved Zuhair Murad mini-dress.  The intricate gold beading is simply beautiful and the open back is way sexy!  I like her pulled-back hair and dark eyes, too.  Red nail polish, Neil Lane jewelry, nude lips and strappy Jimmy Choo sandals complete this lovely look.  This is great.  It’s young and fresh, yet still feminine and pretty.  It isn’t too out-of-the-norm for Taylor, but hey, she looks amazing!  Love it!

‘Haywire’ Premiere: Jenna Dewan in Dolce & Gabbana

Jenna Dewan walked the red carpet Thursday at the ‘Haywire’ premiere, held at The DGA Theatre in Los Angeles….

 

Jenna wore a lovely figure hugging white lace Dolce & Gabbana dress that features a scalloped hemline and black waistband.  The actress accessorized with black Jimmy Choo peep-toe pumps, Neil Lane jewels and a black Judith Leiber clutch.

This white lacy Dolce & Gabbana dress is stunning on Jenna!  I think she looks perfect!  She looks feminine and classy and utterly chic.  Black and white is always one of my favorite red carpet looks, and the lace detail and see-through panel above her bust keeps this dress from being boring.  Jenna finished her look with dark polish on her fingers and toes and long, wavy locks.  Absolutely gorgeous!

The Ripple Effect Charity Dinner: Nina Dobrev in Monique Lhuillier

Actress Nina Dobrev attended The Ripple Effect Charity Dinner which was held at the Sunset Luxe Hotel in Los Angeles Saturday night….

Nina chose a black Monique Lhuillier dress with a bustier-style top and lace overlay.  The actress accessorized with fuchsia Brian Atwood pumps and Neil Lane jewelry.   A loose ponytail and minimal makeup completed her look.  

I think this is a great outfit!  I love the sexiness of the black lace and the playfulness of the bright pink pumps!  Together, they work perfectly to create a super-stylish, age-appropriate ensemble!  I really like everything about this!  Not to mention the fact that Nina is unbelievably gorgeous!  ;)

The 34th Kennedy Center Honors: Emily Blunt in Notte by Marchesa

Emily Blunt is pretty in pink!  The British actress hit the red carpet this weekend at the 34th Kennedy Center Honors event….

Emily chose a Notte by Marchesa strapless silk gown with sweetheart neckline and ruffled bodice.   Her accessories include a Neil Lane necklace and a grey clutch. 

I love this dress!  I think it is beautiful and Emily looks amazing!  I love her sleek, straight hair and simple makeup, too.  I know I may be in the minority on this one (As I researched, I found many bloggers were NOT loving this dress on Em) but I don’t care!  The color of this dress is so rich and gorgeous, and the sweetheart neckline is so feminine and pretty!  Me likey!
