Celeb: Anne Hathaway
Event: 2013 Met Gala, New York City
Verdict: Considering the venue, I think Anne looks good. This is the Met Gala, after all. Where the stars are supposed to get funky. This Valentino gown fits the actress perfectly, and the crazy sleeves combined with the cut-outs and wild design, well, I think she got it just right. I’m not crazy about her nails, but I do like that she completely surprised everyone by going blonde! So, overall, I like this. Good job, Anne.

Celeb: Samantha Barks
Designer: Valentino (gown), Forevermark (necklace)
Event: 2013 Oscars, Los Angeles
Verdict: I love this! I think Samantha looks gorgeous in this classic black Valentino gown. The plunging neckline gives this look a little bit of edge…just enough to be waaaay sexy. If Samantha had a bigger bust, this dress could potentially look inappropriate for the Oscars. But, she looks great….just the right amount of sexy. This look is ultra glamorous. I’m not really sure how I feel about the necklace, though. I sort of feel like she doesn’t really need it, but it still looks okay. Samantha is definitely a candidate for the best-dressed list.

Celeb: Jessica Alba
Designer: Valentino (dress), Harry Winston (jewels), Roger Vivier (clutch)
Event: 1st Annual Baby2Baby Gala, Los Angeles
Verdict: This is absolutely GORGEOUS. Jessica is GORGEOUS. I love everything about this! This pink Valentino gown with sheer floral embroidered overlay looks exactly like something from a fairytale. So pretty and feminine, and the pink bow at the waist is the cherry on top! Simply perfect! A pulled-back bun, Roger Vivier clutch and minimal makeup completed this flawless look. A+!

Who: Keira Knightley
What: Vogue United States, October 2012 Issue
Wear: Chanel Couture
The lovely British actress graces the pages of October Vogue and talks about her man, her new movie (Anna Karenina) and lots of other stuff. Honestly, I have never been a huge Keira Knightley fan. As an actress, I mean. She is obviously gorgeous, but I don’t think she is a particularly stellar actress. That being said, I do like to see her in couture. Lots and lots of couture. She is tall and thin and honestly looks really beautiful in most everything. Which is why I can’t wait to get my hands on this magazine….
Ahhh, Rose is a lovely vision in white….
Celeb: Rose Byrne
Designer: Valentino (dress & heels)
Event: ‘Damages’ Season 5 Premiere, New York City
Verdict: I absolutely love this long-sleeved ivory knee-length Valentino dress on Rose! She looks amazing! The embroidered detail and A-line skirt are so pretty and sophisticated! And I really like her platform slingback pumps! I like that they aren’t too matchy-matchy, but instead they add a bit of edge to an otherwise very feminine look. Red lips, red nail polish and a pretty up-do complete this gorgeous look. I love this! I most certainly give this look an A!
